Step 2: Get Pre Qualified
We work with many area lenders. If you have one that you would like to work with we would be happy to work with them. If not, we can provide you with a list of great people we have worked with in the past. We allow our buyers to shop around for the best possible rates. After all, its your money!

Step 3: The Home Search
Now that you are ready to buy your home, your agent will set your appointments for you and also go to each home with you to answer questions.

Step 4: Offer and acceptance
Our agents will draw up and explain any questions you may have on your sales contract. Our agents are also highly trained and highly skilled negotiators who will get you the best possible price. Once your offer is accepted you will finalize the offer with the agent.

Step 5: Inspections
Our agents will work with any home inspector you want to perform your inspection in order to be sure your home meets your expectations. If you do not have home inspector that you would like to use, our agents can provide you with a list of inspectors that they have worked with in other homes.

Step 6: Mortgage Application
Much like the inspection process, our agents will work with any bank or mortgage company you want to get free financing from. If you do not have a bank or mortgage company you want to use, our agents can provide you with a list of lenders they have used in the past.

Step 7: Title Search & Insurance
Again, our agents will work with any attorney or abstract company for your title search and insurance. If you do not have someone you would like to use, our agents can provide a list of companies the home worked with in the past on other homes. We do whatever it takes to ensure your closing goes as smoothly as it possibly can.

Step 8: The Closing
Your agent will review the settlement statement with you prior to your closing. Then at the end of the closing you will sign the paperwork and receive the key to your new home.
